Steps to Welcome Your New Family Member
- Click the link to apply, fill out the form and submit it.
2. Receive an approval email from adorabledoodlesofva@gmail.com.
- You should receive an email from us within 2 working days. If you have not received an email within this time frame, please check your spam folder.
3. Submit your deposit via Zelle or Venmo to adorabledoodlesofva@gmail.com. Deposits may also be submitted via check to 1344 Old Lynchburg Road, Charlottesville, VA 22903.
- Puppies are reserved on a first come/first served basis: in the order the deposits are received. Submitting your deposit early guarantees you a spot on the waitlist. If all the puppies from the current litter have been reserved your name will go on the waitlist for the next available litter.
- Deposits are applied to the total price of the puppy.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- If you pass on a litter due to a timing issue, or you don’t find your perfect puppy in the current litter, this deposit will transfer to another puppy of your choosing in a different litter.
4. Choose from the upcoming litters.
- Pictures of puppies will be sent to you beginning the week they are born.
- A meet-the-puppies day will be scheduled beginning with the first person on the waitlist.
- Meet-the-puppies is usually scheduled at week six or seven.
- This meeting can occur in person by coming to Meadowsong Farm, our family home, in Charlottesville, Virginia; or by connecting via Facetime.
5. Prepare for your new puppy by.
- Ordering any necessary supplies.
- Educate yourself about different training programs to fit your family’s lifestyle.
6. Pick up your puppy by visiting Meadowsong Farm, in Charlottesville, Virginia, or by delivery service if you have
arranged for your puppy to be delivered to you.
- At this time the remainder of the puppy purchase price will be due.
- This balance due can be paid by Cash, Check, Zelle, or Venmo.
WARRANTY:
Each puppy will come with a 2-Year Health Warranty which states that the puppy will be free from any life-inhibiting genetic defects of the eyes, hips, heart, patella and elbows. In the event of any of the defects previously outlined, a replacement puppy or 50% of the purchase price will be offered.
Although Goldendoodles are known for their propensity to be hypo-allergenic and low-shed: Adorable Doodles of Virginia makes no guarantee that any puppy will not shed or cause an allergic reaction. Any prediction of coat type, height, and weight at adulthood are estimates only.
