Steps To Welcome Your New Family Member

Steps to Welcome Your New Family Member

1. Apply for a puppy.

Apply for a puppy by contacting Adorable Doodles by phone, text, or email; through our “Contact Us” form; or by clicking the link below to complete the application form.

2. Submit your deposit via Venmo (@adorabledoodles), cash, or check payable to Adorable Doodles of Virginia.

• Puppies are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis in the order deposits are received. Submitting your deposit early guarantees you a spot on the waitlist. If all puppies from the current litter have been reserved, your name will be added to the waitlist for the next available litter.

• Deposits are applied to the total purchase price of the puppy.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• If you pass on a litter due to a timing issue or do not find your perfect puppy in the current litter, your deposit will transfer to another puppy of your choosing from a different litter.

3. Choose from the upcoming litter.

• Puppy selection days take place during the puppies’ sixth and seventh weeks of life and will be scheduled in the order deposits were received.

• Puppy selection can be made in person at Meadowsong Farm or by FaceTime.

4. Pick up your puppy by visiting Meadowsong Farm in Charlottesville, Virginia, or use our delivery service if you have arranged for your puppy to be delivered.

• At this time, the remaining balance of the puppy’s purchase price will be due, and the puppy contract will be signed.

• The remaining balance can be paid by cash, cashier’s check, or Venmo.

WARRANTY: The PDF file below contains the complete Adorable Doodles of Virginia Contract.

• Each puppy comes with a two-year health warranty stating that the puppy will be free from life-inhibiting genetic defects affecting the eyes, hips, heart, patella, and elbows. If any of the previously outlined defects are identified, 50% of the original purchase price will be offered.

• Although Goldendoodles are known for their tendency to be hypoallergenic and low-shedding, Adorable Doodles of Virginia does not guarantee that a puppy will not shed or cause an allergic reaction. Any predictions regarding coat type, adult height, or adult weight are estimates only.
