Steps To Welcome Your New Family Member

1. Apply for a puppy.
   • Apply for a puppy by contacting Adorable Doodles by phone/text/email; through our “Contact Us” form; or by clicking on the link below to fill out the application form.
2. Submit your deposit via Check or Venmo to adorabledoodlesofva@gmail.com. 
   • Puppies are reserved on a first come/first served basis: in the order the deposits are received. Submitting your deposit early guarantees you a spot on the waitlist. If all the puppies from the current litter have been reserved your name will go on the waitlist for the next available litter.
   • Deposits are applied to the total price of the puppy.
   • Deposits are non-refundable.
   • If you pass on a litter due to a timing issue, or you don’t find your perfect puppy in the current litter, this deposit will transfer to another puppy of your choosing in a different litter.
3. Choose from the upcoming litter.
   • Puppies can be reserved as early as the first visit to see them, either in person at Meadowsong Farm in Charlottesville, Virginia, or via FaceTime.
   • Visits will be arranged in the order that deposits are received.
4. Pick up your puppy by visiting Meadowsong Farm, in Charlottesville, Virginia, or by delivery service if you have arranged for your puppy to be delivered to you.
   • At this time the remainder of the puppy purchase price will be due and the puppy contract will be signed.
   • This balance due can be paid by Cash, Cashier’s Check, Money Order, or Venmo.

WARRANTY: The PDF file below contains the complete Adorable Doodles of Virginia Contract

• Each puppy will come with a 2-Year Health Warranty which states that the puppy will be free from any life-inhibiting genetic defects of the eyes, hips, heart, patella and elbows. In the event of any of the defects previously outlined 50% of the original purchase price will be offered.
• Although Goldendoodles are known for their propensity to be hypo-allergenic and low-shed: Adorable Doodles of Virginia makes no guarantee that any puppy will not shed or cause an allergic reaction. Any prediction of coat type, height, and weight at adulthood are estimates only.
